Words of Encouragement
A good friend at work showed me this today. It's simple, yet poignant. Thanks Kimi, and Ira. I hope this helps anyone anywhere find their bootstraps and give them a good tug.

Yup, true words. We only see the results famous authors generate after years of practice. Discouraging, but it shouldn't be.
